AsanBilling aap ke ISP ka complete workspace hai. Browser mein login karein, left sidebar se module select karein, aur har screen par search / filter / export buttons milenge.
- Browser khol kar apna AsanBilling URL open karein.
- Apna email / username aur password daalein → Login par click karein.
- Left sidebar mein sirf wohi menus dikhenge jo aap ke role ki permission mein hain.
- Top-right par profile icon se password change, company logo, ya logout kar sakte hain.
- Mobile par bottom navigation ya hamburger menu se screens switch karein.
Pro Tips
- Agar koi menu nahi dikh raha to admin se role permissions check karwaein.
- Offline mode par kuch screens limited hain — online hone par auto-sync hota hai.
Dashboard home screen hai. Yahan connections, bills, collections, complaints aur aaj ki recovery ka quick overview milta hai.
- Sidebar se Dashboard par click karein.
- Cards / stats dekhein: total users, pending bills, today collection, open complaints.
- Bell icon par click kar ke alerts dekhein (pending bills, complaints).
- Kisi stat par click karke related list screen par ja sakte hain (permission ke mutabiq).

- Har subah dashboard check karein taake pending bills aur complaints miss na hon.
Har connection ek area se link hota hai. Pehle areas banayein, phir connections assign karein.
- Sidebar → Area Management → All Areas.
- Add New par click karein.
- Hierarchy select karein: Country, Province, City, Zone / Mohalla.
- Name save karein. Parent area ke andar child area bana sakte hain.
- Connections banate waqt dropdown se area select karein.

- Areas pehle se sahi structure mein banayein — baad mein reports area-wise filter karti hain.
Packages mein speed, monthly price, aur billing type (month-wise ya date-wise) define hoti hai.
- Sidebar → Users Profile → Packages.
- Create / Add se naya package banayein.
- Package name, price (Rs.), speed, aur validity type bharein.
- Save karein. Ab naye connections ko yeh package assign ho sakta hai.
Pro Tips
- Har area ke liye alag packages bhi bana sakte hain agar rates different hon.
Connections aap ke internet users hain. CNIC, phone, address, package, aur documents yahan manage hote hain.
- Sidebar → Users Profile → Connections.
- Add Connection par click karein.
- Name, mobile, CNIC, area, package, installation date bharein.
- Documents upload karein (CNIC copy, agreement) agar required ho.
- Search bar se name / mobile / ID se user dhoondein.
- Connections map se geographic view dekhein.
Pro Tips
- Deactivate karne se naye bills generate nahi hote jab tak dubara activate na karein.
Jab koi naya customer interested ho, pehle inquiry record karein. Baad mein inquiry ko connection mein convert kar sakte hain.
- Sidebar → Customer Management → Inquiries.
- Nayi inquiry add karein: name, phone, address, interested package.
- Status update karein: Pending → Contacted → Installed / Rejected.
- Jab installation ho jaye to Convert to Connection use karein.

- Inquiry pipeline se sales team track kar sakti hai ke kitne leads pending hain.
Recharges se customer ka balance ya extra days add hote hain — useful for prepaid ya date-wise billing.
- Sidebar → Customer Management → Recharges.
- Connection select karein ya search karein.
- Amount ya days enter karein aur save karein.
- History se purani recharges dekhein.

- Date-wise billing mode mein recharge se expiry date extend hoti hai.
Bills Creator se aap manually bill bana sakte hain ya bulk generate kar sakte hain. Pending / paid status yahan dikhta hai.
- Sidebar → Transactions → Bills Creator.
- Filter lagayein: month, area, status (Pending / Paid / Partial).
- Generate Bills se selected month ke liye bulk bills banayein.
- Single user par click karke bill detail, print, ya PDF dekhein.
- Send Reminders se WhatsApp / SMS reminders bhejein (permission required).

- Bill generate karne se pehle inactive users check karein.
- CSV export se accountant ko data bhej sakte hain.
Jab customer payment kare, yahan collection entry karein. Receipt print / PDF / image save ho sakti hai.
- Sidebar → Transactions → Users Collections.
- New Collection par click karein.
- Connection search karein, bill select karein, amount enter karein.
- Payment method choose karein (Cash, Bank, JazzCash, etc. — Transaction Types se).
- Save karein → Print Receipt ya PDF download karein.
- Bulk collection mode se ek hi din multiple payments fast enter karein.
Pro Tips
- Partial payment allowed hai — baqi amount pending rahega.
- Galat entry par admin edit / delete permission se theek kar sakta hai.
Recovery officers ko specific areas ya users allocate kiye jate hain. Woh apni screen se bills collect karte hain.
- Sidebar → Recovery Officers → All Officers — officer add karein.
- Operator Allocations se areas / connections assign karein.
- Allocated Collection se bills officers ko distribute karein.
- Officer login par My Recovery menu dikhega: Assigned Bills + Collect Payment.
- Bad Debt Collection se long-pending accounts alag track karein.

- Har officer sirf apni allocated list dekhega — privacy aur accountability ke liye.
Har collection ek transaction type se link hoti hai taake reports mein payment method wise breakdown mile.
- Sidebar → Transactions → Transaction Type.
- Add karein: jaise Cash, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash.
- Collection karte waqt dropdown se type select karein.

- Kam se kam Cash aur Bank types zaroor rakhein.
Complaint ticketing system — type, subject, assign to staff, status track, aur reports.
- Pehle Complain Type aur Subject Type configure karein.
- Sidebar → Complain → Users Complain — nayi complaint add karein.
- Connection link karein, subject select karein, description likhein.
- Staff ko assign karein. Status: Open → In Progress → Resolved → Closed.
- Allocated Complains se apni assigned tickets dekhein.
- Complain Report se monthly complaint summary export karein.

- Har complaint par connection link karein taake history track ho.
- Dashboard par open complaints count dikhta hai.
Bulk messages bhejne ke liye templates banayein. Merge fields jaise {name}, {amount}, {due_date} automatically fill hote hain.
- Sidebar → Messages → Templates — template banayein.
- Merge fields use karein: customer name, bill amount, etc.
- All Messages se broadcast ya individual message bhejein.
- Filter se area ya status ke hisaab se users select karein.

- Template pehle test user par try karein.
Company ka WhatsApp number connect karein aur bills, payment reminders, ya custom messages bhejein.
- Sidebar → Messages → WhatsApp Sender.
- Pehli baar QR code scan karein (WhatsApp Web jaisa) — header par status dikhega.
- Draft messages queue mein add karein ya bill reminders auto-send enable karein.
- Connected hone par pending drafts automatically send ho sakte hain.

- WhatsApp service running honi chahiye server par.
- Header badge: Green = Active, Amber = QR needed.

Har staff ko role assign hota hai. Role define karta hai ke woh kya dekh aur edit kar sakta hai.
- Roles — naya role banayein (Billing Clerk, Recovery Officer, Admin).
- Permissions screen se dekh sakte hain ke kaun se modules available hain.
- Role edit karke checkboxes se permissions select karein (view, create, edit, delete).
- Staff Users — user add karein, role assign karein, password set karein.

- Recovery officer ko sirf My Recovery permissions dein — full admin access na dein.
- Wildcard permission jaise bills.* poora module unlock karti hai.
